Private Hockey Instruction

Summit Hockey Goalie Policy

The Summit Hockey association recognizes the unique needs for specialized goalie coaching/training.  While we strive to educate all our coaches on this important topic, we have also adopted a new policy to facilitate the use of specialized goalie coaches for our players that request it.

The Hockey Director will identify volunteer goalie coaching resources for interested parents and players.  These coaches will be USA Hockey and CAHA registered.  Sessions may be scheduled at team practice (with Head coach approval), at rink stick & puck sessions, or during scheduled goalie clinic times.  Goalie instructors will only work with players they have been requested to coach.  If interested please contact Bob via email, and based on the players needs, style, and experience he will match you with an approved coach.
